Parties

These Terms apply between Velox Taxi (“Velox”), located at Yenibosna Merkez, Yalçın Koreş St. 38/1-A, 34100 Bahçelievler, Istanbul, Türkiye, and the person using the Service (the “User”).

Description of Service

Velox Taxi is a digital platform that enables users to request taxis, take shared rides, view driver information and track their journeys in real time.

User Obligations

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Register using accurate and current information.
• Use the Service lawfully and ethically.
• Respect the rights of other users and drivers.
• Not misuse the application.

Prohibited Conduct

• Creating a false account.
• Providing misleading or incorrect information.
• Damaging the application infrastructure or attempting to reverse engineer it.
• Using the Service for unlawful activities.

Fares and Payments

Ride fares are shown to the User before a ride is requested. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Velox Taxi is not responsible for technical issues arising from third-party payment infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability

Velox Taxi is not a party to the actual journey between the driver and passenger. The platform provides an intermediary service only. Velox accepts no liability for interruptions caused by force majeure, technical failures or third-party services.

Account Suspension

If use contrary to these Terms is identified, Velox Taxi may temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate the User’s account.

Intellectual Property

The Velox Taxi application, software, design, logos and content belong to Velox Taxi. They may not be used or copied without permission.

Privacy

The principles governing the processing of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

Velox Taxi may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated Terms take effect on the date they are published.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
